SHIELD, INC (SHARING, HELPING, INVOLVING, & ENCOURAGING THE LIVES OF THE DISADVANTAGED) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that serves low-income, disabled, and homeless individuals & families. We also provide rental and utility assistance for families and individuals with disablilities, when funds are available.

SHIELD, INC. is partnered with the City of Memphis, Division of Housing and Community Services and United Way of the Mid-South. SHIELD, INC. also accepts donations toward its cause from businesses and private citizens.
