A supportive living program that; assists low-income, veterans, homeless people, and people with disabilities to maintain stable housing. The program links Miracle Manor residents with community resources such as: Aids Awareness, Parenting Classes, Job Placement, Bridges Support Group, Food Program, Recreational Activities, etc.

 

MIRACLE MANOR

A 65 unit apartment complex with regular and subsidized 1 & 2 bed rooms, owned by SHIELD, INC. We provide service for low income individuals, the homeless, people with disabilities and other special needs. The Property is conveniently located near the Airport, Fed-Ex, IRS and I-240.

SHIELD’ S FAMILY SHELTER

A homeless shelter for families with older children, Adult males with children, husband and wives with children.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

• Parents with male children - 11 years and older
• Parents with older teenage daughters
• Husbands and wives (intact families) with children
• Males with children

 

SHELTER PLUS CARE

provides 24 subsidized units for housing chronically homeless and dually diagnosed individuals who are unaccompanied by children. PARTNERED WITH THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, DIVISION OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

 

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

a homeless prevention program that provides rental or mortgage assistance, security deposits and utility assistance for families with children and disabled individuals. (FUNDS ARE LIMITED)
